Getting Started

Fill out our Connection Request Form, or call / WhatsApp us directly. We'll check coverage for your address and schedule an installation appointment at your convenience.
Just a valid National ID (NID) card and proof of address (can be a utility bill or a photo of your house/shop). Our technician will collect a copy during installation.
After we confirm your address and receive the first month's payment, we schedule the installation. A technician will come within 48 hours and the physical installation usually takes 1–2 hours. You'll be online the same day.
Yes β€” cable run to your home, the termination box, and the router/ONU device are all provided free of charge with any active plan. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.

Billing & Payments

We accept bKash, Nagad, and cash. You can pay in person at our office, send via bKash/Nagad to our number, or our collector may visit. We'll send a payment reminder before your billing date.
We'll send a reminder via SMS and WhatsApp. After a grace period of 3 days past the due date, service may be temporarily suspended. Re-activating after suspension requires settling the outstanding balance β€” no reconnection fee is charged.
Yes! Paying 3 months in advance earns you a small discount. Ask us about our prepaid packages when signing up or contact support for existing customers.

Technical

We supply an ONU (fiber terminal) free with installation. This connects to any standard WiFi router you own. If you don't have a router, we can provide or recommend one for a small additional cost.
Yes. Static IP is an add-on for Starter and Standard plans, and included free with Premium and all Business plans. Contact us to request one.
We don't throttle based on time of day. Our network is designed to handle peak demand. You should consistently get at least 80–90% of your plan speed at all times. If you experience consistently lower speeds, contact us immediately.
Absolutely. Connect your router to our ONU device via an Ethernet cable and configure it with the settings our technician provides during installation. We support most major router brands.

Service & Coverage

We currently cover Shibrampur, Doarpar, and Atharkhada in Magura district. Use the availability checker on our homepage to confirm your address. We're expanding β€” ask about your area if it's not listed.
Simply call or WhatsApp us. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. We'll schedule a time to collect the ONU device. We'd appreciate knowing why you're leaving so we can improve β€” but you're not obligated to say.
